This is a client patch for Wayfinder, numbered version 0.2 - hotfix 2. It was released on December 15, 2023.

Patch notes[edit]

Talon of Pyre spawn timer now displayed 20 minutes before he spawns.
Physical and Magic Defense will now also reduce incoming Break Damage. This should improve player poise versus enemies without requiring additional investment into Resilience specifically.
Reduced Offensive scaling on late game enemies.
Increased the cap for defensive stats, up to 70%, and also increased the value per point of defense.
Added a passive to melee weapons that provides a flat 30% Damage Reduction for Health and Resilience.
- This will be a hidden attribute for the short term, we will address this in the future.
Fixed an issue with the quest “Road to Ruin” not updating properly.
Fixed an issue with the quest “Finding Courage” not updating properly.
Fixed an issue with Silo’s oil slick bomb failing to fire off, but still going on cooldown.
Fixed an issue where the Harbringer would sometimes become unresponsive after his AOE attack.
Fixed an issue where a player in a party could get stuck in matchmaking when traveling.
Fixed an issue where the silence debuff could stack if you died with applied to you.
Trickster coins now scale with Sphere level.
Added tabs back to Venge. (It's a known issue now that the tabs reset upon selling)
Fixed a bug where you can spam flourishes with daggers to interrupt themselves.
Fixed a bug where enemies who are leashing move very slowly back to their origin.
Fixed a bug where weapon abilities were critting twice per hit
Fixed an issue where players could be stuck in a block state when invoking the radial menu at the same time.
Fixed an issue with housing trophy timers.
Adjusted drop rates for Argent Hand that should make vestiges/essences more common.
Various crash fixes.
