The Albatross is a Shrike Syndicate officer overseeing the transport of godsblood from the Highlands to the Crucible. She is guarding the Balefire of the Crucible in the Void when the Wayfinder encounters and defeats her. Upon her defeat, she drops the Hookshot, a traversal tool that the Wayfinder takes for themselves, allowing them to use grapple points to swing and slingshot themselves around the environment. The Albatross also serves as an end-of-expedition boss fight.
