Warden Rust is an NPC in Wayfinder. He serves as the leader of the Watchers stationed in the former Imperial outpost of Deepwood Holt in Frostmarch, providing a formal direct line between the outpost and Skylight. Though he calls the Holt home, Rust was in Skylight when the Gloomfall struck, cutting off Frostmarch from him and the rest of the world for a full year. When the Wayfinders reconnected the Beacon of Skylight to the Balefire of Frostmarch and reopened the Frostmarch to Skylight, Rust was eagerly among the first to volunteer to serve in Frostmarch. His familiarity with the region and its legends makes him a crucial ally.
