Magan, sometimes called Brother Magan, is an NPC in Wayfinder. Stationed at the Crossroads Foundry in the Highlands, the mild-mannered Magan offers his services to the Watchers stationed in the area and, by extension, to the people of Skylight and the Highlands. He presents himself as one of the monks of the Order of the Silver Codex, one of the only ones to survive the purge of the Aurelian monastery. In truth, however, he was one of the Archons sent to the Westreach to investigate potential heresies at the monastery decades ago. What he thought was a peaceful investigation was instead a massacre, as his fellow Archons led by Commander Creed began purging the temple and slaughtering the monks without question. Shaken to his core, Archon Magan abandoned his post and deserted the Archons, going into exile there in the Highlands as "Brother Magan." As a result, he unwittingly saved his own life, as he is one of the only individuals to survive the purge when the monsatery collapsed into the Gloom, claiming monk and Archon alike. Magan's true identity is a secret he is forced to reveal to the Wayfinders as they aimed to explore deeper into the monastery.

He is the main character of a side story quest line, consisting of the following quests:
