Mythic Essence is an unique Boss resource used in awakening the fourth and fifth levels of Weapons and Wayfinders.

Acquisition

Mythic Essences are rewarded by completing Mythic bounties, which are unlocked after completing the Despair and Hope Quest. One essence is given for each bounty. Alternatively, Mythic-exclusive hunts may occasionally reward essences:

• Mythic Hunt: Bloodrage of Vuul
• Mythic Hunt: Malefic Maw
• Mythic Hunt: Slyv'r the Deathbringer
