Arsenal is an NPC in Wayfinder. She is in charge of the weapons shop in Skylight.
Originally from the Dominion of the Seven Winds, Arsenal is a "Weapon Master" - a craftsman and expert scholar on weaponry, and a strong warrior in her own right; she speculates that after the Gloomfall, all but certain of the Dominion's destruction, there is a real possibility she is the last Weapon Master alive, meaning she is possibly the last bastion of weapon lore in all of Evenor. She knows all the legends of weapons there are to know, from personal heirlooms to almighty arms that could raise or destroy kingdoms, and this knowledge is crucial to aiding Wayfinders in drawing out the Echoes of these mythical weapons, many of which were lost to the Gloom, and building on their strength. For a time, she sought to pass on her knowledge to a protégé, Anson, so as to preserve it in the event of her demise; however, he was enamored by the legend of 
Eclipse and was consumed by its echo.
She is the main character of a side story quest line, consisting of the following quests:
