Dialogue[edit]
I have no choice now. I must try to extinguish the curse within me by taking myself to the very edge of death.
You must find the bone effigies carved by the Reavers, charged with this corrupting power. Then draw out that energy in a cauldron shaped with... Flora and Shadow.
Don't come closer. I don't know... if I'm finished.
I ate it. I waited in the water until it came to drink, and seized it. I dragged it in, and when it stopped kicking, I tore its flesh from the bones.
If this doesn't work... if I don't come back... know this. When I knew the rot pierced my soul, I thought my last moments would be alone.
Then you came. And you have done so much for me, and so well. Thank you. It is a better thing, to die with others. Now... let us see if I can withstand this.
Oh... it is vile. I can feel the Gloom fighting it, seeking to preserve my life so it can use me... life worse then death. There! I see it. I see the solution. One more... potion.
