The Mad Bomber Betrayer is a side story quest in Wayfinder.
Description[edit]
Start
The next Shrike of Murderer's Row is the explosives expert of the crew. The Demolitionist should be somewhere in the Bloodworks. Track him down and put an end to his crimes.
Active
The next Shrike on Old Kite's list is the Demolitionist, who has been endangering the Mines. Using a Chaos Imbuement on your next Expedition into the Bloodworks will bring him out of hiding.

Dialogue[edit]
I took a look at the Shrikes' records you brought back. Looks like they bought supplies for Kulgar.
Who's that?
I was hoping to deal with him later. Kulgar is a Shrike demolitionist. Even when he first joined our crew, I was wary of him.
When he was younger, he witnessed an accident in the Pit. A whole tunnel went up in a fireball with his dad inside.
Now arcanic fires, they can burn for years. Kulgar would show up to that burning tunnel every day and eat lunch. We thought it might be grieving... until he started designing explosives.
Wouldn't just kill outright with 'em, either. He likes cave-ins. You know, where people slowly starve or choke. I've seen all kinds of killers, and I'd bet on that one over all the rest.
And you were friends with this guy?
Heh. You should have seen the gangs that were our competition. Took a lot to put fear in 'em. But the point is, without me, no one else is going to rein him in. Kulgar's loose.
You said they bought supplies for him?
Indeed. We can't take the chance that he's got his sights set on Skylight.
Where can I find him?
It's always hard to pin him down. He can't have gone far in the mines, though. He'll be somewhere hard to get to unless you know the trick.
You! You killed Vrek and Maas! You'll be red paste when I'm done with you!
Looks like the bomber had plans detailing his targets. According to the pictures, anyway. The words are in code.
You're back. I half-expected to hear about you having gone missing after a cave-in.
The Demolitionist is dead. I brought his plans.
Yes... written in a Shrike cant. It helps keep our secrets. I'll decipher it soon enough. It could lead us to the others.
Good teamwork. I'll see you again soon.
